Dogs Know Ltd · Our Story

Rooted in History, Built for Modern Leadership: The Story of Dogs Know Ltd

A partnership shaped over millennia, reimagined to help families find harmony and organisations grow with resilience.

The Ancient Partnership

Side by side, then and now

For thousands of years, humans and dogs walked the earth side by side. They hunted together, secured provisions, and survived as a unified pack. The dog was not simply a companion, but a partner in strategy, survival, and leadership. At Dogs Know Ltd, we honour that ancient partnership—not for the hunt, but to help people build strong families, resilient businesses, and conscious leadership today.

Our Philosophy & Mission

Relationships are where lasting change begins

We look beyond commands to understand the relationship patterns around a dog: communication, emotional climate, boundaries, and leadership. A dog’s behaviour can offer a valuable perspective on those dynamics. Our work brings zoopsychology and family relationship coaching together, using that insight to support deeper connection—not simply to change behaviour.

Our mission is to turn understanding into stronger bonds: helping families become more connected and companies more stable, resilient, and ready to grow through healthy structures and conscious leadership.

Experience & Scale

Built through practice, shaped by families

Founded by a practitioner with deep experience establishing a specialist zoopsychology and family dog-training school in Ukraine, Dogs Know Ltd brings years of hands-on work to every relationship. Across more than 2,000 family transformations, one insight has remained clear: a dog’s behaviour is not isolated. It can reflect the human dynamics, boundaries, and leadership patterns at home. Our role is to help families recognise those patterns and find a more connected way forward.

More than 2,000 families supported

Experience focused on the whole relationship—not the dog alone.

Our Vision for the Future

Harmony at home. Resilience at work.

We see a future where the insight found in human–dog relationships helps families create calmer, more trusting homes and helps organisations develop emotionally intelligent leadership, stronger teams, and lasting resilience. The ancient partnership continues: side by side, we learn, adapt, and grow.
